Job Title: Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist. This role is ideal for someone looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in the interior finishes industry.

About the Company:
Interior Logic Group is a leading national installer for select high-value and stylistically important interior finishes, such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops, to our homebuilder customers, as well as multi-family, commercial, and repair & remodel customers.

Job Summary:
The Sales and Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for promoting and generating sales leads for the Crew2 Makeover and Closet programs in The Home Depot stores. This role involves greeting and engaging customers within the store departments, determining their needs, and explaining the Shop At Home process to set up appointments. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide product or credit information, support delivery of basic products and program training to store associates, and attend meetings and events with THD.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and engage customers within The Home Depot (THD) departments and determine their needs.
* Explain the Shop At Home process to the customer and assist in getting an appointment set up
* Trained to answer product or credit questions
* Support delivery of basic products and program training to store associates.
* Attend meetings and events with THD
* Organize and display store signage for supported THD product lines
* Attend promotional events as needed
* Build excitement with THD associates for sales promotions
* Complete and deliver all paperwork daily

Requirements:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Positive interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
