Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

About the Job:This Sales Development Representative role is an inside sales position focused on prospecting and lead generation. You will work closely with our account executives and managers to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, and be able to effectively sell products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Develop relationships with customers and prospects to understand their needs and requirements
- Routinely review and update customer information to ensure accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and prospects; ability to articulate compelling value verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide paid vacation and holidays, 401k, health/dental/vision insurance offerings, and opportunities for advancement.
