Regional Sales Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Westlake. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand market-share and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets/quotas
- Work with architects and designers to specify company products in original planning documents
- Analyze data from lead generation, industry/market data, research, and reporting factors to inform sales decisions
- Develop and maintain territory plans to achieve company and regional business plan objectives and sales goals
- Maintain positive customer relations by regularly meeting and consulting with current and potential customers
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in a functional role with a building materials background
- Experience in the roofing industry preferred
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
