About the RoleAs a Sales Growth Specialist with Interior Logic Group, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by generating leads and promoting our Makeover and Closet programs in The Home Depot stores.

You will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, guiding decisions, overcoming objections, and selling appointments for an in-home sales consultation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers within The Home Depot departments and determine their needs.
  • Explain the Shop At Home process to customers and assist in setting up appointments.
  • Provide product and credit information to customers.
  • Schedule meetings and events with The Home Depot representatives.
  • Organize and display store signage for supported product lines.
  • Attend promotional events as needed.
  • Collaborate with The Home Depot associates to drive sales promotions.
  • Submit daily paperwork.
