About the Role

We are looking for a talented Clinical Program Lead to join our Client Services team at LifePath Inc.

In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight to our Home Care Nursing Program, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care in their own homes. You will work closely with program directors and supervisors to develop policies and procedures, and participate in service coordination and case conferences with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. A valid Massachusetts RN license and at least three years of clinical experience are required. We offer a competitive salary of $72,500 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.
