Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our new Community Support Program (CSP) in Pittsfield and Greenfield. As the program director, you will oversee case management services for individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the CSP program, including program development, policy implementation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain a minimum required caseload of participants while overseeing case management services such as needs assessments, goal-setting, referrals to community resources, and crisis intervention.
  • Supervise a team of CSP outreach staff, providing ongoing support and resources, developing onboarding materials, and leading the hiring process.
  • Evaluate program outcomes, track performance metrics, and implement improvements to ensure program success and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Licenses in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work preferred.
  • Experience in operations management and team supervision is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of homelessness, poverty, and social justice issues.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
