Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Home Care Nursing Program, which provides clinical assessments and eligibility determinations for community-based programs and nursing facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in clinical operations, and a commitment to quality improvement.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Home Care Nursing Program, ensuring high-quality care and administrative oversight.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operations related to the nursing function.
  • Collaborate with program directors and supervisors to enhance the effectiveness of the Home Care Nursing function.

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
  • BSN degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Three years of clinical experience in a community setting or long-term care setting
  • At least one year of supervisory, administrative, or managerial experience

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $74,000. In addition to the base salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus will be offered upon hire, payable in two installments at three and six months of employment. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
