About the Role

This Clinical Supervisor position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about behavioral health care to make a meaningful impact in their community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, extensive experience in human services, and strong leadership skills. They will also be familiar with DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services regulations and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Manage a team of counselors and case managers.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies and regulatory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $85,000 - $105,000 annual salary.
