Mental Health Program Director with Compassionate Leadership

ServiceNet, a dedicated non-profit organization, is seeking an empathetic and experienced Mental Health Program Manager to lead our group living environment. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding staff growth, and empowering residents to achieve their full potential.
About the RoleThis dynamic position involves:
- Leading with purpose: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and activities in our group living environment, prioritizing resident care and well-being.
- Supporting staff growth: Supervise and provide consultation to staff, fostering a compassionate and skilled team that excels in their roles.
- Mentoring residents: Collaborate one-on-one with residents to help them set and achieve personal goals, develop essential skills, and maintain community involvement.
- Creating personalized plans: Work closely with clinicians to develop tailored, trauma-informed treatment plans that address each resident's unique needs and objectives.
- Ensuring financial stability: Oversee financial assessments and money management plans, guaranteeing residents receive the necessary support to maintain financial security.
- Streamlining program efficiency: Manage program schedules, facilitate weekly staff meetings, and ensure all documentation meets program standards.

To be successful in this position, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience are preferred.
- Experience working in the mental health field.
- A valid driver's license for at least six months and a good driving record.
- Exceptional communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- The physical ability to assist residents and maintain their safety.
- Training in MAP (Medication Administration Program), PABC, and/or First Aid is a plus.
