Clinical Leadership Role

Pathlight Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, programs, assessments, and analysis of data to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement behavior plans, programs, and assessments to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure reliability between written plans and observed behavior.
- Presentation of reports to funding bodies, internal agency bodies, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Supervise a Behavior Specialist and provide guidance on clinical best practices.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as one of the following: psychologist, independent clinical social worker, applied behavior analyst, master's or doctorate-level speech pathologist, physician, or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC).
- At least three years of training, including post-graduate coursework or formal training, in function-based behavioral assessment and treatment.
- At least three years of clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities.
