Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing licensee base, ensuring revenue growth and meeting service level thresholds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to licensees, ensuring revenue goals and service level thresholds are met.
- Maintain and administer licenses, including managing a caseload of customers, assisting with customers not in caseload, and handling customer inquiries through various channels.
- Upsell and add additional locations on chain when possible.
- Utilize multiple communication tools, including call center applications, CRM tools, email, and customer portals, to provide superior customer service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and resolve customer concerns.
- Assist with verification and research functions, as well as departmental administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, and/or collections required. Contact center experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, including ability to listen, write, and speak effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally.
- Result-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
