National Sales Representative

At GPAC, we are seeking a highly motivated National Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business growth across the country. As a premier trucking transportation company, we are committed to delivering top-tier logistics and transportation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and solicit new customers, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.
- Travel 60-70 days per year to meet new prospects and engage with existing customers.
- Meet the expectation of securing 3 new customers per quarter. A new customer is defined as one who completes 15 loads within the first 90 days.
- Collaborate with account representatives and managers, participating in weekly meetings to review performance and strategy.
- Ensure proper handoff and onboarding of all new customers, facilitating quarterly meetings with customers and account representatives during their first year with us.
- Maintain satisfactory CRM activity to ensure all client interactions and progress are documented accurately.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Strong hunter mentality with a focus on acquiring and developing new business.
- High scores on the Sales Drive Assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: $55,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
- Additional $5,000 per new customer (defined as 15 loads in the first 90 days).
