As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with our talented team to deliver tailored marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries aligned with our company initiatives and historical success.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calls, and online research.
  • Cultivate strong connections with potential clients to ensure a seamless transition to the Client Success Team after the initial sale.
  • Effectively identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within the organizational framework, comprehending their distinct purchasing perspectives.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to fully understand the company's marketing goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs and goals.
  • Deliver personalized presentations to prospective clients, ensuring a heightened probability of success.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights to enhance our services and offerings.
  • Ensure our CRM is up-to-date, organized, and reflective of sales activities and prospect interactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3 years proven experience in business development within the marketing or advertising industry.

Strong understanding of marketing strategies and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to data management.

Record relevant sales activities, such as calls, meetings, and follow-ups, accurately and promptly.
