Our client is a leading global competitor in industrial filtration equipment and replacement filters, with a strong presence in the US market.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and strategy within the defined region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain install base customers and displace competitors within filtration.
  • Devise and manage an extensive aftermarket growth plan to deliver incremental sales growth in line with company 5-year strategy.
  • Increase install base retention rates with longer-term plans and identify key customer growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to independently manage sales and channel growth in a given region.

What We Offer

A competitive base salary of $130-150k, plus 30% bonus, full benefits, 401K, PTO, and the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment on the East Coast of the US.
