This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. Key Responsibilities:

• Service our existing client base with exceptional care and attention to detail.
• Research new business opportunities, leveraging your skills in B2B sales and customer service.
• Supervise team activity and results, ensuring seamless execution of our systems and processes.
• Train and develop incoming team members, empowering them to succeed in their roles.
• Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, driving team growth and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
