Lead the Way in Sales and Leadership

PHELPS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a leader in the industry for 73 years, we are committed to excellence and innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients, research new business opportunities, and lead a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive sales growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the company's success
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
