Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, utilizing your strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Supervise and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily activity.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and opportunities for advancement. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership, we encourage you to apply.
