Job Overview

CAMS, a leading provider of community association management services, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Association Onboarding Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, including setup in Vantaca and intake of client documents.
  • Own the process of service provider setup for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, board members, and service providers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and manage checklists to ensure timely completion of transitions and close-out tasks.
  • Organize and maintain accurate files and records, including service provider information and client documents.
  • Provide administrative support for tasks as assigned and special projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Requirements
  • Four years of professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accounting and Vantaca experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical ability with various digital platforms.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with customers and team members.
  • Highly detailed, strong organizational skills, task-oriented.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish goals within constraints such as time and scope.
  • Ability to identify, log, analyze, and manage issues and risks; take corrective action and escalate when necessary.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
