Job Title: Float Caregiver 1st Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Float Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home. As a Float Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 5 years of caregiving experience, with two years in a nursing home or hospital setting
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to travel within our service area
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must be able to complete Onboarding within a timely manner
