Technical Support Engineer

This is an incredible opportunity to join Pocus as a Tech Support Engineer, where you'll play a key role in shaping our support operations and driving customer satisfaction. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve technical issues, provide expert guidance to customers, and contribute to the development of our support model.
Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat
* Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, escalating complex problems to engineering as needed
* Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support customer success
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in a Technical Support role at a B2B SaaS company
* Strong understanding of software applications, APIs, and data integration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to varying levels of technical maturity
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
