Technical Support Professional

Sigma Computing is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our award-winning team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of a talented team, working with customers, pre-sales, and development to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, develop best practices, and create a first-class user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless user experience.
- Assist customers and pre-sales with issue diagnosis and resolution, leveraging strong domain expertise in databases and business intelligence.
- Develop best practices and tools for diagnosing issues and optimizing performance, utilizing SQL proficiency, including JOINs, partitions, and data modeling concepts.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise data analytics products, with a strong grasp on analytics and a desire to help customers.
- Strong SQL proficiency, including JOINs, partitions, and data modeling concepts, as well as experience with cloud platforms like GCP and AWS.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers, chart data, and create logical visualizations.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multiple departments and build scalable processes.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary range: $90k - $125k annually, with compensation varying based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
