The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, considering industry standards and regional factors. Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer who can understand systems, customers, and how they work together. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, investigating and documenting bugs, and communicating bug fixes to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role, technical proficiency, bias towards data-driven decision-making, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-have skills include a computer science degree, experience building projects using low-code / no-code tools, advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, and familiarity with DataDog or other similar event-logging software.
