Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Alaska. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve financial and customer targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including purchasing agents, senior buyers, and small business owners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Represent Metrie's interests in the market and maintain a strong reputation for the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the building materials industry
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Proficient in web-based computer systems, including SAP, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite
