Position Responsibilities:
Veterinary Technician:
Key responsibilities include:

  • Restraint of pets and triage of incoming patients.
  • Collection and analysis of laboratory samples.
  • Diagnostic imaging and management of medical cases.
  • Administration of medications and effective communication of treatment plans to clients.
  • Surgical preparation and assistance, including anesthetic management.

Applicants should be prepared to handle challenging situations, including exposure to unpleasant odors and potential risks associated with animal care.

Client Services Specialist:
Responsibilities encompass:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Creating a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Checking patients in and out and escorting clients to examination rooms.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in examination areas and the lobby.
  • Coordinating schedules for veterinary staff.

Qualifications:
We seek candidates who possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
  • Compassion, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to properly restrain pets.
  • Proficiency in sample collection and laboratory processing is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong phone etiquette.
