Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Sr. Account Executive to drive revenue growth and maximize revenue through new business deal cycles in North America. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building pipeline through net new and expansion opportunities.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a full cycle closing role
- Experience selling into commercial accounts between 300 and 1,000 employees
- Passion, integrity, curiosity, creativity, humility, and grit
- Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
- Ability to manage both high-velocity and strategic deal cycles in tandem
- Experience working with customer accounts and partnering with customer success to effectively source expansion revenue
- Structured, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Empathy, positive energy, and courage to fail fast to succeed
- Comfort with process and product ambiguity
- Proficiency within sales tech stack (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
