We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ResCare Premier Inc. in Seattle, USA.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $20.75 per hour.
Core Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Pharmacy Director and management staff.
- Enter information into a database, type memos, reports, correspondence, and newsletters as directed.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and stocked kitchen area, including ordering supplies as needed.
- A high school diploma is required, with previous office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and phone skills, with the ability to adapt to a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in computer and typing skills, with the ability to multitask using different programs simultaneously.
