Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Nursing Officer to lead our psychiatric hospital's clinical services team. Reporting to the CEO, this key leader will oversee the implementation and evaluation of quality care programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in acute psych inpatient settings, with a proven track record of meeting licensing and accreditation standards. A BSN or higher degree is required, along with certification in psychiatric nursing or an MSN.
