Position Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to oversee various aspects of project management, from initial estimation to final job completion. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in this role, showcasing strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project estimations using software tools such as Xactimate and PlanSwift, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, identifying discrepancies and recommending necessary change orders before project initiation.
  • Draft construction contracts, secure required permits, and maintain comprehensive project records.
  • Coordinate material procurement and delivery, ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines. Generate purchase orders and approve invoices related to the project.
  • Regularly monitor project progress through site visits and daily management, motivating subcontractors to maintain productivity. Update schedules and job status reports to meet completion deadlines.
  • Evaluate projects daily to uphold quality construction standards and ensure adherence to estimated labor and material budgets.
  • Foster effective communication to meet client needs and submit requested project change orders promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
  • Manage all aspects of the building process, collaborating with contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors under tight deadlines.
  • Oversee project close-outs, including final inspections and punch-list items, while providing warranty documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Associate's, or Vocational Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in Construction Project Management.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as PlanSwift, ProCore, Xactimate, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Location: This position requires travel across multiple locations.
