Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Project Construction Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building projects. This role involves overseeing all subcontractors and collaborating closely with the entire project team to create a cohesive management structure. The Project Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and developing team members while also contributing to the formulation and execution of site logistics plans.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ground-up multi-family construction.
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory role within commercial construction.
  • Proven track record managing projects exceeding $20 million.
  • Experience in multi-family construction projects.
  • Background in framing work.

Employment Type:

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 12 months.

Work Environment:

This position requires full-time on-site presence. The working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and candidates should be prepared for varying weather conditions.
