Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the project from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and financial plans.
  • Oversee project documentation and ensure effective communication among all parties involved, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers.
  • Engage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to optimize resource allocation for the project.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing construction projects, demonstrating a successful track record of timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Industrial/Mission Critical construction projects is highly advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on achieving project objectives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
