We are seeking an Administrative Manager for HR and Payroll to join our team at AEG. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

As an Administrative Manager for HR and Payroll, you will be responsible for supporting all Human Resources operations as well as the administration of Payroll. Your duties will include responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, and payroll. You will also administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep records of benefits plans participation and personnel transactions.
  • Coordinate with the corporate HR team and venue managers to administer progressive discipline.
  • Report Worker's Compensation and patron injuries to company insurance carrier.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of related work experience in Human Resources.
  • Working knowledge of Recruiting process and practices.
