Job Overview

The Human Resources Administrator position at ASM Global supports all aspects of human resources operations, including payroll administration. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including attendance tracking and sick time policies.
  • Process payroll using ABI Mastermind and ADP systems, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Recruit and select candidates for vacant positions, conducting interviews, tests, and referencing checks as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field, preferably with experience in payroll administration.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in human resources or business administration being an asset.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility, including working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
