Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our management team. This role will be responsible for coordinating schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for management team members
  • Arrange travel and meeting logistics
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business administration a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
