Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator

AEG is hiring an experienced Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR operations and payroll administration. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll using ABI Mastermind and ADP systems, maintaining payroll files, and administering various Human Resources plans and procedures. You will also track attendance for employees and accurately carry out attendance and sick time policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with state and local regulations concerning employment.
  • Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Work with hiring managers to conduct new employee orientations and create confidential employee files.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • 2+ years of related work experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to utilize discretion and best judgment when handling confidential information.
