Position Overview

Salary: $22 - $33 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to serve as Community Support Specialists (CSSs) in Washington, DC.

As a CSS, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals within our community. Your responsibilities will include actively listening to their concerns and providing support during difficult times. You will act as a supportive neighbor, offering guidance on health, financial, and community-related issues.

We require CSSs who are ready to assist individuals in need. You will help them access necessary services and ensure their families receive the support they require.
