About the Role

Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Vice President. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and marketing principles.
