About the Role

FE International LTD is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Investment Banking to join our team. As a key member of our investment banking division, you will be responsible for originating and executing new transactions for our clients, utilizing our broad array of strategic and financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Origination: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their strategic and financial objectives.
  • Deal Execution: Lead the day-to-day execution of merger, acquisition, and sale transactions, as well as private debt and equity capital placements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other professionals and teams within FE International LTD to provide clients with comprehensive and accurate new business presentations.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and business development initiatives to help identify new clients and grow our business.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of prior work experience in investment banking, with a current title of Associate or Vice President.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a leading university or college, with a Master of Business Administration, Juris Doctor, or similar graduate degree preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and similar information databases; experience drafting and producing client presentations and related materials; and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
