The Client Development Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs in a consultative manner that facilitates the resolution of immediate issues.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Development Specialist will be tasked with managing all incoming client support inquiries, documenting information in our CRM system, resolving issues, or escalating them internally as necessary.
The role also involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, training, and support of clients utilizing eDOC solutions, whether in-house or in a SaaS setting.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the DocLogic suite of products, eDOCSignature mDTM, supported hardware and drivers, CRM system, phone system, email system, and other internal applications.
- Assist in data conversion processes.
- Design and conduct training sessions for clients.
- Provide insights for process improvements.
- Perform additional professional service tasks as directed by the VP of Client Development.
- Conduct quality assurance testing as needed.
- Develop expertise in the credit union sector.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a business or technical discipline is preferred.
- Experience with MySQL / SQL is desired; familiarity with other SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of Windows server operating systems and IIS is beneficial.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the technology sector, imaging technology, or credit union experience is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Quick comprehension of technical concepts.
- Ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
