Job Overview

Compensation: $24-$30 per Hour + Bonuses

Established in 1992, Budget Blinds is recognized as the leading provider of custom window treatments across North America. We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee and streamline the daily functions of our office. Key responsibilities include managing window treatment orders, coordinating consultations, liaising with vendors, tracking shipments, scheduling installations, processing invoices, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain all office documentation.
  • Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Implement procedures to minimize errors and maintain office organization.
  • Utilize office software effectively for:
    • Appointment scheduling
    • Order reviews
    • Data entry assistance
    • Payment collection and customer feedback requests
    • Repair tracking and management
    • Accurate CRM data entry
    • Team communication via email and messaging
  • Oversee product delivery and installation logistics.
  • Create documentation for new orders and repairs.
  • Follow up with suppliers and customers regarding inquiries.
  • Coordinate repair appointments and vendor communications.
  • Monitor product inventory and manage freight scheduling.
  • Engage with customers to assess their window treatment needs and schedule consultations.
  • Support the outside sales team with scheduling and preparation of sales materials.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or office management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, and Quickbooks.
  • Strong understanding of office management best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with customer management systems and communication platforms.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Experience in the window coverings industry is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of social media and marketing management is a plus.
