Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Project Supervisor with extensive experience in managing low voltage projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in overseeing project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel nationwide.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of field experience is required.
  • Certifications: BICSI certification is advantageous.
  • Project Management: Capable of planning, directing, and coordinating project activities effectively.
  • Proposal Execution: Ability to review and execute project proposals, personnel needs, equipment specifications, and material management.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Field Service Manager and Project Managers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure overall satisfaction of project-related clients.
  • Driver's License: Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
  • Attention to Detail: A strong emphasis on thoroughness and detail is essential.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise a team of over 20 technicians.
  • Technical Knowledge: Must have a comprehensive understanding of telecommunications systems, including voice and data cabling.
  • Installation Skills: Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and testing various cabling types.
  • Training: Must be trained and certified in SCS manufacturers' practices.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in various environments, including above false ceilings and on lifts.
  • Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with Local Area Network concepts and testing procedures.
  • Fiber Optic Experience: Basic knowledge of fiber optic cables and troubleshooting.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
