Position Overview:

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to support a dynamic organization. This role will involve overseeing the daily management and execution of task order requirements for a team of 20 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, plan, and monitor project milestones while ensuring timely completion, effective resource allocation, risk management, and tracking of deliverables.


• Conduct independent assessments of operational processes, systems, and controls.


• Create comprehensive implementation and user guides.


• Formulate and revise Zero Trust policies, procedures, and best practices.


• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to guarantee user identity verification and access based on necessity.


• Assess, acquire, and integrate security technologies that align with Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Program Manager or Task Lead within a Federal context.


• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing task order contracts.


• Experience in initiating, directing, and overseeing large-scale programs while performing management duties.


• Strong expertise in Zero Trust Architecture and its implementation.


• Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodologies and tools such as Jira.


• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience of 10 years in a related area.


• At the time of employment, candidates must hold CISM, CISSP, or GSLC certification.

Compensation Package:


• Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 based on experience.
