Position Summary:

Serigor Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to enhance the Project Management Office (PMO) for a transformative cloud-based procurement initiative. This project aims to modernize the existing procurement management system, ensuring efficiency and transparency in the acquisition of goods and services for government agencies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive PMO support, including the development and monitoring of project schedules and documentation.
  • Coordinate weekly status reports and prepare presentations for project leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Utilize extensive experience in large-scale projects to analyze complex schedules and create innovative solutions.
  • Oversee project scope, objectives, and the RAID (risks, actions, issues, and dependencies) process.
  • Ensure quality oversight of all project documentation and maintain organized project artifacts.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing large, complex IT projects.
  • Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, including sprints and testing phases.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in project management software and office applications.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. A current PMP Certification is also acceptable.
