InsideHigherEd is in search of a Chief Operations Officer for its Research Programs. The COO will also offer guidance and support to participants on various matters to facilitate their academic pursuits.

The Research Programs at InsideHigherEd are designed to furnish participants with valuable research experience and preparation for advanced studies in business or related disciplines. This program is integral to the research framework at InsideHigherEd, providing a platform to create a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration, operations, and assessment of the Research Programs lifecycle
  • Act as a subject matter authority on pre-doctoral candidates
  • Propose solutions and address complex challenges
  • Offer guidance and support to participants
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies for the program
  • Manage financial resources and program budgets
  • Execute marketing and communication strategies
  • Supervise staff as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to make informed business decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Practical experience in program management
