Job Opportunity: Division Chief of Interventional Radiology

Stanford University's Department of Radiology is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to serve as the Division Chief of Interventional Radiology. This is a full-time faculty appointment at the Associate or Full Professor level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the clinical, teaching, and research activities of the Division of Interventional Radiology
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the Division's mission and goals
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to promote a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Recruit and mentor junior faculty members to support the Division's growth and development
  • Secure funding for research and educational initiatives through grants and other sources
Requirements:
  • MD or MD/Ph.D. degree or equivalent
  • Board certification in diagnostic radiology
  • Completion of a formal fellowship in interventional radiology or equivalent training
  • Exceptional leadership and administrative skills
  • Strong track record of scholarly and clinical achievement in interventional radiology
