Sleep Research Program Director

As a key member of the Stanford University team, the Sleep Research Program Manager will be responsible for independently implementing, administering, and evaluating the day-to-day activities of the sleep research unit. This involves identifying and achieving the program's goals, collecting and analyzing data, creating reports, and reviewing and explaining trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and program management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve program goals and objectives
- Collect and analyze data to inform program decisions
- Create reports and presentations to communicate program results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance program initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in research or program management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
