Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Graco is a leading manufacturer of premium equipment for fluid handling and coating solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and developing business relationships with distributors and customers within a specific geographic territory. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities and develop business relationships with distributors and customers within a specific geographic territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and grow business within the territory.
  • Provide sales support and training to distributors and customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
