About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Catalis. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the government market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in assigned territories
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with government decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex sales solutions and meet customer needs
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience selling in the government space, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50-70% of the time
  • Strong sales skills, with a focus on relationship-building, consultative selling, and solution-oriented approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework
