Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Graco is a leading manufacturer of premium equipment for fluid handling and coating solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and developing business relationships with distributors and customers within a specific geographic territory. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the fluid handling and coating industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities and develop business relationships with distributors and customers within a specific geographic territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide technical support and training to distributors and customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel to customer sites and trade shows as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the fluid handling and coating industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of the fluid handling and coating industry.
