Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations position plays a crucial role in supporting the Investor Relations team through research, presentation, and analytical tasks.
This role is situated within a fast-paced environment where essential finance skills, effective communication, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail are vital for success.
Additionally, this position will offer administrative support to the department, including managing work plans and calendars, overseeing expense and budget reporting, and executing various administrative tasks, such as preparing quarterly dividend vouchers and assisting with marketing initiatives for equity analysts and other stakeholders.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of our business operations and offers substantial 'on-the-job training' as you collaborate closely with members of the Investor Relations team and other finance professionals across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to all facets of the company's investor relations strategies, objectives, and key results while collaborating with senior management across the organization.
- Analyze business data sets and financial statements.
- Research and monitor trends within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and peer performance, potentially extending to key suppliers, retailers, and companies in related sectors.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive company analyses for reporting to senior management, including summaries of relevant quarterly earnings reports.
- Assist in the preparation of written materials and support the development of discussion and presentation documents, including memos, meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel analyses.
- Aid the Investor Relations team in creating key quarterly earnings materials, such as earnings presentations, prepared remarks, Q&A, shareholder letters, annual reports, marketing decks, and other analytical documents.
- Maintain the corporate Investor Relations website, collaborating closely with vendors.
- Manage analyst consensus models, ensuring timely updates in collaboration with vendors.
- Oversee event management, including logistics for quarterly earnings calls and assisting in planning and executing events such as non-deal roadshows, HQ visits, and Investor Days.
- Attend earnings preparation meetings and buy-side/sell-side calls or meetings as needed to capture detailed notes and manage follow-ups.
- Support various ad hoc administrative or strategic projects.
- Serve as the central point of contact for vendor and purchase order management, as well as the Investor Relations budgeting process.
- Oversee the distribution of quarterly dividend payment vouchers and manage updates to peer slides included in Board of Directors materials.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in a public company FP&A or external reporting role.
- Prior experience in Investor Relations is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics is required.

- Strong interest in developing expertise in Business Strategy and/or Investor Relations, with a willingness to support initiatives that enhance the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proactive and problem-solving oriented; self-starter and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, handle confidential information discreetly, adapt to competing demands, and demonstrate exceptional customer/client service.
- Committed to maintaining a strong teamwork ethic and environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $61,800 and $97,800. Individual base pay will depend on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may include other forms of remuneration. We offer competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits starting on the first day of employment.
