Position Summary
The Senior Analyst of Investor Relations plays a crucial role in supporting the Investor Relations team through research, presentation, and analytical tasks. This position thrives in a fast-paced environment where core financial competencies, effective communication, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the formulation of investor relations strategies and objectives, collaborating closely with senior management across the organization.
2. Analyze business data sets and financial statements to derive insights.
3. Research and monitor trends within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector and assess peer performance, potentially extending to key suppliers and retailers.
4. Compile and prepare comprehensive company analyses for reporting to senior management, including summaries of relevant quarterly earnings reports.
5. Assist in the creation of written materials and support the development of discussion and presentation documents, including memos, meeting agendas, and PowerPoint presentations.
6. Aid the Investor Relations team in producing key quarterly earnings materials, such as presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A documents.
7. Maintain the corporate Investor Relations website, collaborating with vendors as necessary.
8. Manage analyst consensus models and oversee event logistics for quarterly earnings calls and other investor-related events.
9. Attend earnings preparation meetings and capture detailed notes for follow-up actions.
10. Act as the primary contact for vendor management and budgeting processes related to Investor Relations.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in a public company financial planning and analysis or external reporting role.
- Prior experience in Investor Relations is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics is required.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with project management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong quantitative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Compensation and Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time position is between $61,800 and $97,800, depending on work location and factors such as experience and job-related skills.
